Integrated Batch & Serial Tracking

Batch tracking and serial tracking are incorporated into every financial document — supplier receipts, supplier returns, customer invoices, customer returns, and internal stock movements. This ensures that every movement of stock is fully traceable.

During manufacturing, batch and serial tracking is automatically applied to all components and finished goods. This provides complete backward traceability to determine:

• When a specific batch was received
• From which supplier it originated
• Which manufactured items used that batch
• To which customers the finished goods were supplied

Production Management

The module includes production planning, bill of materials (BOM) management, and the creation of manufactured batches. All costing and stock movements are synchronized with Sage Pastel 50c in real time.
